Adrian Eberle started his career as a strategy consultant in 2001 at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). From 2004, he was appointed Vice President of Hilti AG, where he was head of Marketing and Communication Switzerland.
In 2008, Adrian joined DKSH as President of DKSH Taiwan. He was promoted in 2011 to the Group Executive Board of DKSH Holding – a position he held until 2014 when he co-founded asiadynamics. From 2014-2016, parallel to his role as managing partner at asiadynamics, he worked for Bain & Company as a special advisor for Asia related projects.
In 2008, Adrian joined DKSH as President of DKSH Taiwan. He was promoted in 2011 to the Group Executive Board of DKSH Holding – a position he held until 2014 when he co-founded asiadynamics. From 2014-2016, parallel to his role as managing partner at asiadynamics, he worked for Bain & Company as a special advisor for Asia related projects.
Before joining ValueDynamics as advisor, Philip Rauh lead the global BD&Sales Team at responsAbility Investments AG, a leading global Impact Asset Manager. Earlier he spent 10 years in Boston where first lead the Sales Team at Taurus Investment Holdings, a private equity boutique. Before returning to Switzerland, he successfully built and sold a start-up company in the Biotech space in Boston. Philip holds an MA of International Economics from the University of Geneva.
